6. Cancellation and Refunds
6.1 The Customer may cancel an order prior to the start of work on the project.
6.2 If the Customer cancels an order prior to the start of work on the project, the Company will refund the full amount paid.
6.3 If work has begun on the project and the Customer wishes to cancel, the Company will refund a portion of the amount paid, based on the amount of work completed.
7. Quality
7.1 The Company will make every effort to ensure that all Services are of a high quality.
7.2 If the Customer is not satisfied with the quality of the Services, the Customer may return the item for a full refund or request a reprint at no additional cost.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1 The Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, resulting from the use or the inability to use the Services.
8.2 The Company shall not be liable for any errors or omissions in the Services.
9. Copyright
9.1 The Customer warrants that all materials provided to the Company for printing are the Customer’s original work, or that the Customer has obtained the necessary permission to use the material.
9.2 The Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any claims arising out of the use of any materials provided by the Customer.
10. Termination
10.1 The Company reserves the right to terminate this Agreement at any time, without notice, for any reason.
10.2 Upon termination, the Customer shall be liable for any outstanding balances due.
11. Governing Law
11.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
12. Entire Agreement
12.1 This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes and replaces all prior or contemporaneous understandings or agreements, written or oral, regarding such subject matter.
